New Age Hibachi Policies
- All prices are per person
- All prices do not include sales tax
- Parties of 20+ will have auto gratuity (18%) added to their bill
- Invoice will be emailed to the host who booked the party and will have to be payed by the host. We cannot charge every guest or couple individually.
If you have a color preference for your party please notify us via email.
* We will travel anywhere in the Atlanta area and surrounding areas
** Our tepanyaki grill weighs 400lbs and cannot be easily lifted up stairs or large steps. To better serve our hungry clients please double check the area where the setup will be is clear for our team to safely transport our heavy equipment.
- Parties of 20 or more may need a 2nd chef.
- If our setup is not required for your event we would require a minimum charge of $550
- our service charge and deposits are non negotiable
- gratuity of 18% charged on parties of 20 or more.
- automatic gratuity of 18% charged on all major holidays
- Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special requests when booking your reservation.
- Our service lasts about 1.5 hour when selecting time of event keep in mind it is the time your guests will be seated and the chef will start cooking.
- The event must start at the scheduled time. After 30 minutes delay, the customer will be charged $50 every 30 minutes.
- Any change needs to be notified atleast 3 days before event. We cannot accommodate unexpected guests on the day of event.
- Meals need to be payed at least 1 week before event..
* All hibachi meals come with fried rice, noodles, vegetables, soup and salad.
- Our time of arrival for setup is 1.5H before the time you select as your cook time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The Client may cancel the event at any given time after booking. doing so will forfeit and deposits made to New Age Hibachi LLC.
- If client provides wrong address or incomplete address and we show up to the wrong place then your event will automatically cancelled .
-Rescheduling policy: if you need to reschedule we require a minimum of 14 days notice. We will not be able to reschedule you if you miss the deadline and will need too pay for a new date online from our calendars
- All payments are final. No refunds of any kind
- If the event is canceled the deposit is non-refundable.
- Consumption of raw or under-cooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or egg may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
prices subject to change on highly requested holidays like Mothers day, Father's day, new years Eve, and Valentine's day
** Christmas Eve and New Years eve have a $1500 minimum for us to come out.**
